Ordering

Placing Your Order
Placing your order on the Camden web site is easy. You may place your order using the following methods:

Online: The preferred, quickest way to process your order. All orders placed through the web are 100% secure (see Security and SSL Encryption). Simply follow the checkout process to completion.
Phone: Contact Customer Service Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. central standard time.
Fax: Click here to print the Fax Order Form. The Customer Service fax number is: 847-680-0114. You may fax your order to us (att'n: Linda Redick.) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however, orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you place the merchandise you would like to purchase. You can access your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link found on every page. Once an item is inside your cart, you can continue shopping to select additional merchandise, simply browse for more ideas or start the checkout process. Please note that all items stay inside your cart until you check out.

From your shopping cart, you are given the opportunity to edit items, change quantities of items or remove items from your shopping cart.

To edit an item, you will be taken to the Item Page where you can change your selection.

To change quantities, you will be taken back to the Select Sizes and Quantities Page where you can alter size selection and order quantities.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, the item will be deleted immediately upon selecting the remove item button.

Order Confirmation

When you complete your web order, an order confirmation screen will appear. We encourage you to print this page for your records.

Once your order has been processed in our system, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment e-mail containing your order information. This applies only if you provided a valid e-mail address with your checkout information.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

All in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt. If you would like to change or cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate that request. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible for assistance.

Rush Orders

In the event that you need to expedite the processing of your order, we offer same day shipping for all in-stock merchandise.

Rush order requests must be submitted to a Customer Service Representative no later than 2:00 p.m. central standard time for same day shipping. A $10.00 rush fee plus applicable overnight shipping charges will apply.

Credit Card Statement

Your custom-decorated merchandise has been produced and fulfilled by Overture Promotions . If paying by credit card, Overture Promotions will appear as the merchant name. A toll free number is also provided should you have any questions regarding the Overture Promotions charges on your statement.

Billing Invoices

Your credit card will be charged upon order shipment. A packing slip showing the contents of your package will be included with your order. An invoice detailing the charges of your order (subtotal, applicable taxes, and shipping/handling charges) will be mailed separately to the "Bill To" address indicated on your order.

Sales Tax

Overture Promotions is required to collect applicable sales tax on all U.S. purchases, including shipping and handling. Sales tax is dependant upon the types of goods purchased, as well as the state to which the order is being shipped. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged to your invoice.

Returns

Returning Your Order

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging, within 21 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund, less original shipping and handling.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Customer Service for detailed instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Place the order back in its original packaging and include the original order number and RA number in order to expedite processing.

  3. Ship the package to Overture Promotions via UPS. (Please note that Overture Promotions is not responsible for receipt of returns sent via uninsured U.S. parcel post).

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

During the check out process, you are required to select a shipping method. All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. The cost of freight will be added to the total of your order. Freight costs vary based upon order contents and shipping method selected.

All in-stock merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours from receipt of order. Please select your shipping method accordingly. We are happy to accommodate Rush Orders. Your order must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. central standard time (additional charges may apply).

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping:
Freight is calculated based upon order total.

  • UPS Ground (allow 3 to 5 business days)

Expedited Shipping:
Air Freight is additional

Please Note: Expedited shipping cannot be calculated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are outlined in your billing invoice statement, which is sent separately to the "Bill To" address indicated on your order.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please use a valid street address when placing your order.

Alternate Shipping Address

When submitting your order, you can choose to have the order shipped to a location other than your personal billing address. Simply complete the "Ship To" information on the checkout page with the preferred address.
